Here's the Basic Fast Start Guide Method:
  1. The setup.
  2. Pick a winning offer.
  3. Set up your own squeeze page that forwards to that offer.
  4. Send highly target traffic to that squeeze page.
The Setup
First you’ll need to setup a few accounts and get a few tools. This should take you less than an hour.
  1. Hosting - if you’re going to make money online, this is essential. If you don’t have one, get a hosting account now. I recommend going to HostGator.com and getting the “Baby” service plan for a full year because you’ll get a substantial savings. If you want to pay for it month-to-month, it’s under $10/month.

  2. Domain Name Account - Get an account to buy domains. Go to NameCheap.com and click on “Signup for a Free Account” in the upper right corner underneath the opt-in form. Fill out the form it takes you to and set up your account.

  3. Clickbank Account - Sign up for a free ClickBank account if you don’t already have one. Go to ClickBank.com and click on the “Sign Up” link inside the box named “Affiliates” on the home page of ClickBank.

  4. AutoResponder Account - Get an AutoResponder account, so you can collect and email leads automatically. I use Aweber, which I highly recommend. You can get started with them for $19/month. Go to aWeber.com, click on Pricing at the top, then click on “Sign Up Today!”

  5. PayPal - Make sure you have a PayPal account ready to go. It’s free to sign up. Go to PayPal.com and click on Sign Up on the top of the page. Get a free Personal account.

  6. Website Creation Software - Get a software package to quickly create and edit websites, also known as an HTML editor. I recommend Adobe Dreamweaver, which you can buy online from Amazon.com for around $400. Here’s a link to it: Amazon.com. If you want a free alternative, go to Kompozer.net for a free HTML editing tool. Go to Kompozer.net and click on Download. Then download the version that matches your operating system. Then install it to your computer.
Picking Your Winning Offer
It should take you less than 2 hours to pick a winning offer to promote.
Go to ClickBank.com Click on each of the top 9 categories. Under the “Sort By” drop down menu, select High Gravity, and then click GO.
Look at the top 10 offers as ranked by High Gravity in each of the 9 major categories:
Business to Business Marketing & Ads
Health & Fitness Fun & Entertainment
Home & Family Sports & Recreation
Computing & Internet Society & Culture
Money & Employment
You will evaluate 50-150 offers at Clickbank. This should take less than 2 hours.
Here’s how to evaluate and pick a winning offer:
  • Do you think it’s a scam? If so, then avoid promoting it.
  • Does it look pleasing to the eye? It’s hard to get conversions on the web if it’s ugly.
  • Does it have a good color scheme, clean graphics and formatting, is it centered and formatted symmetrically?
  • Does it offer a big promise? Does it offer to solve people’s problems or feed their passionate interests at a reasonable price? Do people WANT the product?
  • Does it follow the principles of good copywriting? Is there a compelling headline? Does it offer proof?
  • Does it make a good offer with plenty of value for the price being asked?
  • Does it come from a credible source or provide real testimonials from satisfied customers? Or Is it just full of generic, stock photos. Is someone real staking their reputation on it?
  • Would you recommend it to your best friend or your mother? If it does not seem credible, avoid it.
Evaluating Market Size:
Is the market for the product big enough? Go to Google keyword external tool:
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal.
Login and click on the button that says “website content”. Enter the URL of the offer you’re evaluating. Look under the column named “Global Monthly Search Volume”.
If you add up all the search results in that column, are there less than 100,000 total monthly global searches? If so, avoid it.
Why promote something no one is looking for? If you stick to high popularity and high gravity offers, you should be fine here too.
Examples of winning offers from ClickBank:
Weight Loss - http://www.burnthefat.com/
Muscle Building - http://www.truthaboutabs.com/
Muscle Building - http://www.vincedelmontefitness.com/
Home Business - http://www.ultimate-ebook-business-in-a-box.com/
Here’s an offer that looks and sounds good, but ultimately I would avoid because it’s all stock images, there’s no true credibility, and it could easily be a scam:
http://www.legitonlinejobs.com/
Next, go to 7dollaroffers.com and click on “All” on menu at the left. It will automatically bring up a list of all the offers in there, ranked by popularity.
Evaluate the top 100 offers. This should take you less than 90 minutes. These will be much easier to search through thank Click Bank, because many of them are very ugly and not well put together at all. Use the same criteria above to evaluate the offers.
Narrow down your search to 1 or 2 offers you’d like to promote. Don't overcomplicate this, just pick one!!
Setting up Your Own Squeeze Page
We’ll use this offer as an example:
http://www.ultimate-ebook-business-in-a-box.com/
Open up DreamWeaver or Kompozer. We’ll do a walk through with Kompozer here.
First, right-click to download http://www.KevinNoll.com/Squeeze-Page-Template.zip to your computer.
Then inside of Kompozer, click the File menu on the top left, and then click on “Open File”. Select the template you just downloaded to your computer in the previous step.
Now you’re ready to create your squeeze page. There are 3 easy steps to this:
  • Write your headline – this can include words and pictures.
  • Write your bullets.
  • Insert your Opt-in form, which you’ll get from your AutoResponder.
That’s it.
Here’s a quick and easy way to write the headline. Just change this headline to fit with the product you’re promoting:
“You’re About to Discover The Secrets to ______ That Most _______ Will Never Know…”
It’s been tested over and over again, and it works like a charm, so just use it! If you were promoting a real estate investing product, it would be something like:
“You’re About to Discover The Secrets to Making A Killing In Real Estate That Most Investors Will Never Know…”
For our ebook business product, it would be:
“You’re About to Discover The Secrets to Starting Your Own eBook Business That Most People Will Never Know…”
See, easy right? Just change the headline on the template you have opened inside of KompoZer just like you’re editing a word document.
Ok, now the bullets.
This is super easy. Go to the site you’re promoting, tell them you’re an affiliate, and ask them if you can use their sales copy to promote their site. At the bottom of this page, you’ll notice a link that says “contact us”. Just send them this message:
“Hi, I’m an affiliate and I’d like to promote your site. Can I use some of the bullets and information on your sales page to promote your offer? Thanks.”
I’ve never had someone refuse this request. Just go to the sales page and grab the bullets on their page.
Then put 4-6 of the most compelling ones on your own squeeze page.
If the site owner said no, then just edit them to be in your own words so they’re even more compelling, and so you’re not breaking any copyright laws.
What makes a bullet compelling? For your squeeze page, its curiosity, here’s is the bullets from our example…
  • Rename and sell this eBook package by itself using the professionally designed sales website, thank-you and download page provided.

  • Sell the individual products contained in this eBook package, using the professionally designed sales websites provided for each product.

  • Create your own packages by combining the products contained in this eBook package.

  • Sell the entire package or any of the individual products on CD/DVD.

  • Learn how to create your own bestselling information products from scratch, by using the information and resources found in this eBook package.

  • Promote your existing products & websites using the information and resources found in this eBook package and watch your profits skyrocket!

  • Learn how to make thousands of dollars every month promoting other people's products, using affiliate programs.

  • Plus anything else you can think of - the possibilities are endless!
I would take 6 bullets and change them up for our purposes:
  • Rename and sell this eBook package by itself using the professionally designed sales website, thank-you and download page provided.

  • Sell the individual products contained in this eBook package, using the professionally designed sales websites provided for each product.

  • Create your own packages by combining the products contained in this eBook package.

Ok, next you’ll insert your AutoResponder code:
Go to aWeber.com and log in to your account.
Click on “Create and Manage Lists” on the top next to the drop down menu.
Click on “Create a New List” on the right.
Type in List Name, Description, and From Address in the fields, and then click the green “Save List Settings” button at the bottom.
Select the new list from the drop down menu on the top left.
Then click on “Web Forms” on the menu at the top right.
Then click on “Create Web Form”.
Give the form a name.
Next you’ll need your affiliate hoplink to tell the form where you want it to forward to. To get this, go to ClickBank.com and log in. Then click on “Marketplace”. Then where it says Keywords, type in some of the main topics or keywords from your product. In our example I would type in “kevin noll”.
Then find your offer and click on “create Hoplink” underneath it. Type in your ClickBank nickname to create your hoplink. Copy the link it gives you. It should look something like this:
http://d9232bqanil4wkdlwjrlg7nkcu.hop.clickbank.net/
Enter that link into the aWeber form you’re creating where it says “Thank You Page” and “Already Subscribed Page.” Then click Next.
Then click Save.
Then click “Get HTML” on the line next to the new form you’ve created.
Copy the HTML code from the window that pops up.
Then go back to your HTML editing program with your squeeze page loaded in it.
Click on “Source” at the bottom left. Then scroll down in the code to where it says “Begin Opt-In Form”. Highlight the code all the way down to where it say “End Opt-In Form”. Delete that code and paste the new opt-in form code you created and copied in the previous step.
Then go to the File menu on the top left, and click on “Save As”. Then save your squeeze page as “index.html”.
Next go to NameCheap.com and register a domain to put your squeeze page up on.
You’ll want to make your domain name have a benefit and a call to action. A domain name is just a web address. A benefit is simply an end result that someone would want to get. And a “call to action” (CTA) is an action you want the reader to take. In this example, we’re promoting a ebook business product, so for example:
GetRichNow.com – “Get Now” is the call to action and “Rich” is the benefit.
WorkAtHome.com – “Work” is the call to action and “At Home” is the benefit.
You get the idea, just keep it simple.
Now go to NameCheap.com and type in the domains you came up with right under where it says:
"Enter the domain name you want"
Click on Search, and keep typing in domains until you find one that’s available. ONLY BUY A “.COM” DOMAIN, nothing else.
When you find one, click on Add To Cart, and then purchase it.
Transferring Your DNS to Your Webhost
Next, contact your host and ask them what are your “Domain Name Servers” (DNS).
They should have emailed this to you when you signed up, they should look something like this:
ns621.websitewelcome.com
ns622.websitewelcome.com
Then, go back to NameCheap.com and click on the tab at the top right that says “My Account”. Then click on the tab that says “Manage Domains”.
Then find the domain you just registered for your squeeze page and click on it.
Then on the menu on left-hand sidebar, click on “Transfer DNS to Webhost”.
Then enter the 2 DNS addresses you got from your host in the boxes marked 1. and 2. Then click on “Save Changes”.
Putting Your Squeeze Page Up On Your Hosting Account…
Ok, almost done, one final piece.
Go to your host and login to your control panel, also known as your “cpanel”.
I highly recommend contacting your host if you need help with this next step. HostGator support is excellent: http://support.hostgator.com/
If you have HostGator, you can do this by typing yourdomain/cpanel into your browser.
So for our example, it would be kevinnoll.com/cpanel. This is the domain you originally used to create your hosting account. When you go there, it will ask you to login.
Watch this tutorial from hostgator to see how to add a new domain to your account if you're using the "Baby Account":
http://www.hostgator.com/tutorials/cpanel/hgx3/setting-up-an-addon-domain.htm
The rest of this tutorial will walk you through how to do it if you have a "Reseller Account":
Next, click on “Web Host Manager.” Then click on “Create a New Account” on the menu on the left.
Type in the new domain you’re registered for the squeeze page, and fill out the rest of the form.
Then choose a hosting package for your site (you will probably only have one option) and click the check box next to “Select Options Manually”. Change the “Disk Quota” option to 10 MB.
Go to the bottom and click create.
Then go to your new domain’s cpanel to upload your squeeze page. In our example, this would be “ultimateebookbusinessinabox.com/cpanel”. You should be able to use the login info you just created to get in.
When you get to the cpanel of the squeeze page domain, click on “File Manager”.
Inside the File Manager, click on the folder next to “Public_HTML”.
Then click on the link that says “Upload file(s)”.
When you get there, click on Choose File and upload the “index.html” file you made and any pictures you added to the squeeze page. Then click “Upload”.
That’s it!
Go to your new site and make sure it’s up, the pictures are working, and the opt-in form forwards to your offer correctly.
Send Highly Target Traffic to That Squeeze Page
Ezine Advertising
This process is very simple, so let's get to it!
Go into goolge.com and type in your keywords followed by "ezine" or "newsletter".
For the ultimateebookbusinessinabox.com example, you would type in:
"eBook ezine"
"eBook newsletter"
"Business in a box ezine"
"Business in a box newsletter"
You get the idea...
You can use the external keyword tool from Google for more keyword ideas:
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
Find websites in the search listings of Google that have an opt-in form and are asking for email addresses. That means they are building a list, and could have a potential pool of prospects for us to market to.
Make a list of 100 - 200 of those and contact all of them asking if they offer advertising to their list. This will take some time, but its well worth it to find the gems.

Ezine Advertising Request Email Template
Here's a sample email you can send to site owners to see if they offer advertising to their ezines:
Hello,
I really like your site, and think you provide a lot of value to your visitors.
I have a really high quality product that I think your visitors would be extremely interested in.
Do you offer advertising to your subscriber list?
Thanks so much for your time,
Your Name
Once they respond, ask them for back issues of the ezine to make sure it's quality and would be engaging to the reader.
Also, ask these questions:
  • Do you offer solo ads? (A solo ad is just an email that you send straight out to the whole list, that's not sent out within the body of the ezine, but in its own separate mailing.) If so, what are the rates?
  • What's the size of your list?
  • How often do you mail your list? Which days? What's the frequency?
  • Are you open to joint venture mailings? (This means they would send out an email advertising your site, and get paid a percentage of the profits.)
That should give you a good idea of the quality of the list.
Stick to lists over 5,000 and preferably over 10,000. Make sure they are emailed at least twice a month for at least the last 3 months. Otherwise, your response could be very low.
Once you find someone that fits what you're looking for, call them up and negotiate!
Say "I don't have a lot to spend on ads that don't perform, if your list does well for me though, I would definitely advertise more. Since I'm a first time buyer of your solo ads, what kind of discount can you give me? Is that the best you can do?"
You will almost always get a 10-30% discount if you ask for it.
Here's a sample ezine ad template you can edit and publish once you find a place to advertise:
